- 4 cups rice krispies
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries or craisins
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or ground flax seed.
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix rice cereal ,nuts, dry fruit and ground flax or wheat germ into large bowl. In a small saucepan, heat over low heat 1/2 c. tahini, 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. brown sugar. Stir frequently. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pour over cereal dried fruit etc. spray 9x13 pan w/ nonstick spray. Spread and let cool for 2 hours.
